This certainly has seen better days, but I think there is enough to make something from it. It is missing some doors, and maybe some weapons (I see holes that I assume would hold weapons)
Certainly good bones, and doors and weapons can easily be replaced.
Some shots of it with Epic scale Baneblade, and some other shots with 15mm troops. I think it could work for either scale. The radar dish was from an old Star Wars play set, it should fit, once I remove the ring on top of the tower.
