Blast from the past

While doing an inventory of my great pile of unpainted miniatures, I stumbled upon these old scratch built 15mm vehicles. Clearly, judging bu the dust, it has been quite some time since they saw the light of day Also they certainly have seen better days s all of them have taken some damage!

They were a fun little project many years ago, and saw action in a Space Marine game (FGU not GW) Back then they were intact and new. Now, well I have moved on from this, having picked up quite a lot of Ground Zero Games APCs. These old models do not quite stack up against the new stuff. However the fighter may be serviceable, and there may be an outsife chance that I can fix up the lander. If I cannot fixt the lander, I guess it can become a crash scenery/objective.

The APC, front/right, is in the best shape, it at least still has an intact weapon mount.

The body of the APC is a pencil sharpener & the skirt is some foam/clay kids toy. The weapons came from GW Dark Future game, ladders from a hobby shop, and anything else is plasticard.

The fighter is another pencil sharpener with more spare weapons from Dark Future, & some plasticard. Finally, the lander is a pill box with a plastic spoon handle on the spine, & scrap tubing for legs.
